DCQEDCQE are the initials of four areas in which processes (and hence businesses) can be measured:
Historical note: DCQE was first used in HP in the 1980s. It has many similarities with the Balanced Scorecard measures, and it is believed that Kaplan/Norton (originators of the Balanced Scorecard) were aware of it. See also:Balanced Scorecard |
